Is Daft Punk, and in August they will be at Coney Island where they will perform with The Rapture and Sebastian. No one with even a fraction of taste, humanity or robohumanity should miss this, especially if its anything like this performance in Miami.

Girl Talk played at SUNY Purchase last weekend (4/20), for the school's annual Culture Shock event. The show was supposed to be on the outdoor stage, but because Girl Talk (Gregg Gillis) had problems getting to Purchase the show was moved to the Student Center (affectionately named "The Stood"). So we thought "Fuck Yeah! Girl Talk in the Stood, people can dance on stage like a real Girl Talk show." It started out like that, people were dancing on stage, but the show was abruptly stopped by a voice on the P.A. repeating, " IF YOU ARE NOT THE DJ, GET OFF THE STAGE." Everyone, including Girl Talk, was offended. Girl Talk's set was stopped three times, and eventually the 4 million sheriffs that were at the event had to guard the stage against the crowd.

Girl Talk had a pretty awesome remix of Rich Boy's "Throw Some D's" which Jeff got on video (scroll down for video). It inspired us to collect all the "Throw Some D's" remixes we could find, including a rare OCDJ track.
